it will probably please you to know, as it did me, that there are people out there who make crazy adorable stuffed chicken critters!
i used to carry around an old stuffed chicken doorstop, it was red and plaid and i got it at a garage sale when i was little. i called her cluckie** and i still have cluckie because i couldn't ever bear to get rid of her, i loved her that much. she had a felt beak and plaid wings that flapped and googly eyes. my mom didn't have the heart to tell me that cluckie was a doorstop-and not a toy. and now look! they are cute and cool again, chicken doorstops! except these are far better crafted than cluckie was. i can't wait to get one, and add it to my coop... i know exactly where cluckie resides in my parents house.
